Office of TMF Group, represented by TMF Services ltd.
A long and complex project that has included all specific aspects of a general office remodeling. Hard access, working people, narrow staircase and a small elevator were the least factors that made this renovation hard. A building that is located in the very heart of the city center in Sofia. Limited car access, neighboring the headquarter of the Bulgarian President and permanent lock-down of the region during the 2 years of renovation, didn`t make it easy for us. When the Pope of Rome visited the Country, held speech just 100 meters from the main entrance of this office. Meanwhile the area has been turned into pedestrian street while major political protests happen around the block.
